Some of my friends would think that I manage properties but to their disappointment, we don’t. Along with my partners, we manage the portfolio of clients who generally likes to invest in properties (locally and globally) but just do not have the time, energy and expertise.

It all started back in the 90s when most friends, colleagues, partners and relatives would talk about investing in properties. Almost a decade later, it was not uncommon for these group of friends to have accumulated more than a few units each. However, as most of us are busy with our own business or work, the properties were not managed well and neither did my friends had time to expand their portfolio. 

It was sometime in 2008 that I took on the task to manage their assets and eventually grow them. This gave birth to the asset management business. To ensure we have new clients, I started my training business at the same time in order for me to grow my network. 

We would normally look at our clients’ current assets, income, evaluate their risk appetite and grow their property portfolio over a period of time.

To effectively do this, we get involve in different areas of property investment. We buy in bulk, we finance certain property development and we are also looking into development of certain landmark projects. Our clients measure our success based on the performance and R.O.I of their investment.
