My journey in training is driven not by the belief that I have endless knowledge to impart, but by my desire to learn faster, grow continuously, and gain insights from the very people I train. Training has allowed me to influence others positively, build meaningful global connections, and form long-term friendships—many of whom have become clients and partners in my asset management business.
Because of this, I do not conduct programs on property investment or asset management. Instead, I design and deliver training based on real-life experience—lessons learnt from the programs I have attended, and more importantly, from my own failures and successes in people management, leadership, sales, and marketing.
My Signature Corporate Training Programs

1. Train the Trainer (TTT) – HRDC Certification
A flagship 5-day certification program under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), Ministry of Human Resources. This course equips trainers with the essential skills to design, develop, and deliver impactful corporate training.
I have conducted this program monthly for more than 14 years, certifying over 2,000 trainers to date.

2. Advanced Train the Trainer
This program was specially created after recognising that many trainers need more support even after completing the HRDC TTT certification.
Some require deeper guidance in designing a complete training program, while others aspire to build a profitable training career or become successful international trainers.
This program includes an Executive Diploma in Training and Education Management.
3. Negotiating with the Devil
A powerful 2-day negotiation programme featuring strategies and techniques drawn from my bestselling book. These are tactics widely used—sometimes against me in real business scenarios—giving participants a practical and experience-based understanding of negotiation “tricks” they should master and defend against.
4. Speak Like a Pro & Present Like a Star
I once dreaded speaking in front of a crowd, especially during my early I.T. career. Presentations were something I wanted to escape from. Over time, I discovered the science and psychology behind effective presenting—and it changed everything.
This 2-day program equips participants with essential presentation techniques and a simple but powerful understanding of how the audience’s brain works, enabling them to influence, persuade, and present with confidence.
